Voodoo Forest is a gorgeous deep blue-green hair dye. For best results, we recommend applying to hair that has been pre-lightened to the lightest level 10 blonde.
To achieve the ideal base for bold colour, we recommend pre-lightening your hair using the Manic Panic Flash Lightning® Hair Bleach Kit. Always follow the instructions included with each product.
Always perform a patch test 24 hours before use, as instructed on the packaging.
