Ultra Violet is a super cool, blue-toned violet hair dye that can even give unbleached hair violet tones. For the most vibrant results, we recommend lightening hair to very light level 9 blonde or lighter before use.
To achieve the ideal base for bold colour, we recommend pre-lightening your hair using the Manic Panic Flash Lightning® Hair Bleach Kit. Always follow the instructions included with each product.
