Blue Angel is a light, sky blue semi-permanent hair dye from the Creamtones® Perfect Pastels collection. This cool pastel shade offers soft, ethereal blue tones when applied to very light blonde hair.
For best results, apply to hair that has been lightened to the lightest level 10 blonde or lighter. The formula is ready to use, no developer needed.
To achieve the ideal pastel base, we recommend pre-lightening your hair using a Manic Panic Flash Lightning® Hair Bleach Kit. Always follow the instructions included with each product.
Always perform a patch test 24 hours before use, as instructed on the packaging.
