Bad Boy Blue is the perfect denim blue hair dye with green and grey undertones. For best results, we recommend lightening hair to a very light level 9 blonde or lighter and toning hair that has yellow tones before use to avoid undesired hues.
To achieve the ideal pastel base, we recommend pre-lightening your hair using a Manic Panic Flash Lightning® Hair Bleach Kit. Always follow the instructions included with each product.
